The non-profit unlimited company INNONET was founded in the year 1997 to develop and build our Centre infrastructure with the aid of the PHARE CBC program and co-financing of the Hungarian government.

By the year 2008 development of new projects (especially that of TECHNONET) showed that a smaller, more concentrated ownership-mix would offer an advantage while executing INNONET’s mission. Thus three of the original founders left and sold their rights to the remaining owners.
